Lesson VII. Get A Grip: Taking Hold of the Bow

Notes about the video:

"One of the important things to remember is to watch the thumb on your bow hand. It should be relaxed and flexible through the first knucle of your thumb. The thumb should be bent but not locked and don't let it hyperextend (like you're pushing in a tack).
